Essential Skills

  • Queensland Electrical Licence

  • Supervisory experience

  • Computer knowledge an advantage

  • Previous experience in being a team leader in a production or manufacturing environment highly regarded

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to motivate and supervise employees in order to achieve the team’s goals

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • High work ethics and commitment

  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual

Duties

 This will be a hands on as well as a supervisory position responsible for ensuring day to day tasks are carried out to your satisfaction.  Supervision and leadership of approximately 6 staff.   You will help in developing and executing a preventative maintenance system to ensure that all equipment used is in a safe condition and minimise downtime for production.

Salary Range

$80k + Laptop + Phone + Uniform
