This
role drives the Human Resources elements for two major Divisions, to optimise
workforce engagement and performance. Working closely with line managers
and senior management, your focus is to create a high performance culture and
best people management practices.
You
will work alongside experienced professionals in an environment others only
dream of.
Key
responsibilities include:

Work with line managers to promote high levels of employee engagement
and productivity.

Identify key role competencies, and ensure that recruitment processes
are cost-effective, timely and of the highest standard.
·
Work to ensure that employees are recognised and rewarded for high
performance, while creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect in the
workforce.
·
Promote strong productive relationships among employees and management.
·
Develop concepts and activities to capture the hearts of employees eg
employee engagement measurements and assistance programs.
·
Assist with policy development for employee remuneration and benefits.
·
Recommend training and development programs to support employee growth.
·
Ensure that all employees are treated fairly (in accordance with
relevant legislation).
·
Maintain a strong commitment to the highest standards of safety, health
and environment.
