days will be busy and varied as you balance your administration and client
service responsibilities. Never a dull moment as you:
Provide quality
case management and support services relevant to the relocation and
housing of Defence Families
Offer excellent
customer service including effective client complaint management
Maintain strong
customer relationships
Administration
support
Provide sound
advice to the Team Leader to ensure accurate reporting of service
provision
Operate within
Departmental Housing Policies and Procedures
SalaryRange
$44 000 + Superannuation
