Essential Skills

  • Our Government Department client is seeking candidates with a mature outlook and a team player approach

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate sound interpersonal communication skills and a clear telephone speaking voice

  • Typing 30-40wpm with 98% accuracy

  • High level of accuracy with spelling

  • Demonstrated customer telephony experience is an advantage

Duties

  •  Working in a team delivering outbound calls to present government based surveys to customers and recording accurate responses

Hourly Rate

 $22.00 per hour
