Reporting to the General Manager your duties will include but not be
limited to:
- Being first point of contact for all incoming calls
- Provide superior administration support
- Process documents
- Create reports and graphs using excel
- Take notes/minutes of meetings
- Organise functions as required
- Identify areas for improvement and develop or update
processes
- Be proactive and supportive of other duties as required.
