About the Role Our client is a well established manufacturing company in the Ipswich area and due to expansion of its maintenance division are looking for the right person. 

If you are a Qualified Maintenance Fitter with previous experience as a Leading Hand in a manufacturing environment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must be able to take on added responsibility as required
  • Must be a team player

You will need to have at least 3yrs experience in a similar role with a proven track record.

  • Have PLC trouble shooting knowledge (highly regarded)
  • Advanced fault finding skills
  • Restricted Electrical Licence

The successful applicant will be required to lead a team of maintenance fitters to ensure the smooth running of all machinery within the plant.

As a large well established company, they offer off street parking, lunch facilities and are with walking distance to public transport
