About the Role

Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to be considered for a role as a Member Services Officer with a well known Union Organisation located in Spring Hill. 

This fantastic role will offer the right candidate experience in a fast paced environment, where your exceptional prioritising skills along with your ability to multi-task will be essential.  

In this role your duties will include but not be limited to

  •  Answering member queries via telephone, email and via written correspondence

  • Fast accurate data entry into Stratum Membership Database System

  • Ability to strictly prioritise your workload and the ability to meet deadlines

  • General Administration

  • Customer Service 

The focus of your role as a Member Service's Officer will be to answer member queries accurately and quickly whether they come in verbally or via written correspondence.  You will have a very high level of oral an written communication skills with the ability to compose and answer member queries in a professional manner regardless of which medium they come to you.  

 

To be successful in this role you will have to have the following skills:

  • Demonstrated speed and accuracy in typing skills to a minimum of 60-70 WPM with 98% Accuracy

  • Demonstrated speed and accuracy in Data Entry to a minimum of 13,000KPH with 98% Accuracy

  • Strong knowledge with practical demonstration of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power-point

  • Knowledge of the Stratum Membership Data Base system would be preferred but must have strong knowledge with practical demonstration in the use of other Database systems (such as Access).

  • Must have Strong Team Focus and be a Team Player

  • Must have ability to Multi -Task

  • Must have ability to learn new skills, processes and procedures quickly in a very fast paced environment

  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and busy environment, where you will work autonomously and as part of the team.

  • Must be a True Professional at all times

  • Must have ability to "hit the ground running"

  • Must be able to think for yourself, and show initiative.

  • Must be Self Motivated

This position will be available for immediate start.  The initial contract for the role is for 1 month however the client has indicated that this may extend for the right candidate. transport, etc).

Hourly Rate $ 22.88... per hour plus superannuation
