at Top is seeking an Industry Training
Co-ordinator to join our Ipswich team.
Established for over 22 years as a Nationally
Recognised Registered Training Organisation, we
specialise in the following fields, going up to
Diploma level:
- Business /
Business Administration
- Management
- Human Resource
Management
- Customer Contact
- Frontline
Management
- Marketing
- Recordkeeping
- Financial
Services (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Credit
Management)
We offer a range of
training options to our corporate industry clients
including E-Learning, customised on-site/off-site
training, traineeships and public workshops.
This role requires a highly driven, dynamic and
pro-active person to support our continued
business growth and marketing strategies. On a
day-to-day basis, you will be involved in:
- Strong focus on
business development (servicing existing key
accounts and generating new business)
- Co-ordination of
training (including workshops, customised
training and online learning) and associated
materials/resources
- Student
assessments (on-line and site assessments)
- Student support
and advice
- Associated
administration
We are initially looking for a six month
commitment to cover maternity leave and depending
on business growth, further opportunities may
evolve.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for the
following skills and experience at minimum:
- Certificate IV
in Training and Assessment (TAA or TAE)
- Experience in
the training field, combined with industry
experience across business fields
- Good
understanding of Microsoft Office
- A strong
business development focus with the ability to
develop excellent working relationships with
clients
- Demonstrated
skills in taking initiative, problem solving
and managing own time effectively
- Commitment to
maintaining the organisation's quality and
AQTF standards
