opportunity for an experienced
Receptionist has become available with a
Queensland owned family manufacturing company that
provides services, products, and solutions for the
building and refurbishment industry.
You
will be responsible for the smooth running of the
front desk, including:

Attending to incoming phone
calls and front counter to ensure that all
enquiries are handled with professionalism and
provided a positive experience

Typing
documents
-
Filing
-
Data
entry
-
Stationery
supplies
-
Sorting incoming mail and arranging outgoing
mail
-
Assisting the Finance Team as required
-
Assisting the Sales & Marketing Teams as required
Your
customer service focus is critical to this role,
together with your ability to establish rapport
quickly and build good working
relationships. You should also
demonstrate:
- Solid previous
reception and administration experience
- MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
(intermediate)
- Sound
keyboarding skills (minimum 50 wpm) with a
focus on attention to detail
